New Year's Goals!

Anyone making any New Year's Goals??Anyone ever actually keep their goals?? I make the same ones every year...lose weight, get organizes, clean more, cook more, eat out less, eat healthier, basically get my life in order! LOL! And it never happens!!!

Id like to lose the extra baby weight im still carrying, get my scrap room in order and work on cutting my grocery budget even more (and getting better at couponing)

I know what you mean Sarah!! I actually was skinnier right after I had Emma than I had been in years! Somehow pregnancy did wonders for my body! But I have put on so much weight since she's been born! Something about staying at home all day!! I would like to lost some weight for sure!! Maybe I need to get pregnant again!

Exactly here too! Lost it all right away and then it rebounded a few months after due to hormone issues caused by the pregnancy. I actually only gained 25lbs when pregnant..

I'm actually just playing along with Ali Edwards' one little word... You basically pick a word and then you try to make sure it's visible everyday. This year, I've chosen - BALANCE... I tend to get caught up in the details and focus on getting one thing perfect all of the time, but that can definitely be exhausting. This year, I've chosen balance because I really want to have better balance with all of my responsibilities. My expectation is not perfection, just to be more cognizant of the world around me and to stop and smell the roses sometimes!

I would love to lose weight, but really what I need to do is take better care of me. Not just physically (exercise, eat right) but emotionally and spiritually.
